We don't make products and as such are not qualified to tell customers how to use the raw materials that we sell.

We do not accept returns because a product is too thick, the customer couldn’t work with the product or doesn’t like the smell or consistency or for any other reason not related to an error on our part. The raw materials & ingredients we offer, will vary in color, consistency & aroma from batch to batch & vendor to vendor. Please do not expect uniformity when ordering. If you’re concerned about how a product might smell or feel, please first order the smallest possible size.

Since a lot of other factors such as temperature,other ingredients, process etc. goes into making of candles, Lotions/Creams and soaps etc. Eden's Row is not responsible for the outcome of your finished product and as such will not accept liability.
